Adopt Good Habit of Handwash
Practice to wash your hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds, for outdoor activities, use mask, an Instant hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% to 70% alcohol. Do not contact with shared items, For ex: paper towels, mask, clothes etc.
Try to maintain social distancing
Try to avoid close contact with your Friends and family outdoors. For example, don’t hug, shake hands. staying away from neighbourhood public transportation and keeping up distance of around six feet from others.
Wear masks
Masks Protect Seniors from getting and spreading the covid virus. If someone who have already breathing problems or illness, then first consult doctor and after with advice of doctor wear mask.
Maintain healthy diet
Good nutrition is a key element for health. Eat fresh fruits & vegetables, Prepare healthy home-cooked meals. For better Hydration try to Drink 8 to 10 cups of water every day. Try to avoid more salt and sugar from daily diet.
Maintain Your physical activity
Physical inactivity increase the leading risk factors for obesity, overweight , non-communicable diseases, and chronic conditions. Try to Encourage Senior to remain physically active, ideally outside. Take a walk with your family every night after dinner.
